yea so Ms Wong approached me today for some donation thingy and so I'm here to ask you ppl for donations! (Start from small, right?) And we're planning to give a speech to the whole school tmr, as requested by Ms Wong.

"Have you ever wondered what you are going to do with all the old clothes in your cupboard, or those that you have outgrown or simply do not like? Here’s your chance to do some good while freeing up space in your cupboard for newer clothes!

We’re a group from 113, called the Sun of Tomorrow, which aims to help the underprivileged. This would take up a few minutes of your time, but we hope that you would lend us your support by donating generously to 3 groups of people. They are namely, the orang asli from Johor, Tamil estate workers and an organization, Saint Vincent Detaul, which is a children’s shelter.

These are young children that need you to lend a helping hand, and support them financially by donating your old clothes and white school shoes. They should be in an acceptable condition, and not made of delicate material as they tear easily. These items are needed to reduce some financial burden of supporting these children, and would be gratefully welcomed by them.

Every piece of clothing counts, and so does every pair of shoes. For every piece you donate, no matter how insignificant it would seem to you, would be passed on to the children in need, and make a difference in their lives. Many of you have stood up against poverty last week, and this is your chance to put those words into actions. Help these children see a brighter sun tomorrow.
